Refund policy

  1. NO REFUNDS. Due to hygiene purposes, I want to provide a safe environment for all my clients. Therefor no exchanges or refunds are permitted.
  2. Every eyelash will be inspected before shipment. If a lash were to be damaged during shipment process, you can email within 24 hours to vergmua27@gmail.com for assistance with the box not open and sealed from its original state. Once the box is open, you are now liable of its condition.
  3. If you have no yet received your order for any reason, please email vergmua27@gmail.comwith description of the problem, as well with tracking #.
  4. Any issues with tracking your packages or anything that has to do with shipping, you MUST contact USPS for information. Once package is dropped off at the facility, we are no longer liable. 
  5. Please allow 5-7 business days for tracking and shipment to be issued. Shipping is excluded on holidays and weekends. 
  6. Please make sure you input the right address. Any packages get sent back for wrong shipping, you must pay for the extra shipping fees. 
  7. WE ARE NOT LIABLE for stolen or lost packages
